UG SRC ELECTIONS SET TO COME OF TOMORROW

 UG goes to polls tomorrow. Here's all there is to know




The long-awaited elections of the University of Ghana src is set to come off tomorrow 1st November 2022. This year's election which was supposed to come off last week Tuesday and was postponed due to technical challenges is to welcome the new 65th SRC Executives of the University of Ghana.

Here's all you need to know about the elections.

Method of voting 


The election will be online and will be conducted by the University of Ghana Computing Systems (UGCS) with the SRC Electoral Commission. Electorates will be given a unique link with which they will be able to cast their vote to elect their desired candidates. Students will receive the links in their UG Mail before the day of the election hence students are encouraged to check their mails.

Here are all the src presidential aspirats in the order they'll be presented on he ballot screen.

Who will be the 65th SRC president?

Number 1 one the ballot screen is Curtis Owusu Akomeah and Linda Ackah-Mensah.

Number 2 is Dr. Boakye Martin Gyasi and the famous Abraham Lincoln who were predicted to win by a poll conducted by radio Univers.

Number 3 as presidential aspirant is Samuel Ackom and Ahmad Ramzy.

Number 4 on the ballot screen is Graham Oduro and Ben Bortsie

Number 5 and last on the ballot is K. Noah and K. Ambruce. Popular for the Join the ark slogan. Lets see if it rains😂.

Number 1. For General Secretary is Diana Ohene Mensah


Number 2 aspirant is Vida Mintah


Number 3 is Ernestina Mahama


Aspirant number 4 is Emmanuella Yiadom.


SRC TREASURER

Who are we entrusting the finances of UG into?

1. Michael Kuti with the IMF

2. Edward Owusu Boateng with the VAR agenda
